What types of products do you offer?

We offer a variety of handcrafted wooden gifts, including home decor items, kitchenware, personal accessories and custom made pieces.

What type of wood do you specialise in?

We predominantly work with olive wood.

Where is your olive wood sourced from?

The wood is imported from Tunisia and manufactured/laser engraved here in the UK.

Is the olive wood food safe?

Yes, absolutely. All of our olive wood products are treated & food safe!

Do you offer customised or personalised engraving?

Absolutely! We offer custom engraving services to personalise our products for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays and corporate events.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our collections, select the items you'd like to purchase and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal for online orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the complexity of your order. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with shipping times ranging from 3-7 days domestically.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately , not at the moment.

Delivery
We reserve the right to review any order and refuse a premium dispatch service should it not be possible for us to fulfil. In those instances a refund of the £7.50 service charge will be issued.

Please note that we do not dispatch/ deliver orders during weekends and bank holidays.


Courier
We send all orders for UK Mainland via Royal Mail/courier. We aim for 3 - 5 day delivery once the order is ready, however we reserve 2-3 business days on average for order processing and preparation. On occasion these times may be extended. We notify of any changes to dispatch times on the website on the home page if the delay exceeds an extra business day. Should you need any information on current dispatch times, please contact us via telephone or email. We charge a flat rate of £2.99 for all delivery orders under 1kg. We charge a flat rate of £5.99 for all delivery orders between 2kg - 5kg. We charge a flat rate of £9.99 for all delivery orders over 5kg.

We advise to provide a mobile telephone contact number when placing an order as the courier system sends automated text notifications with estimated delivery times on dispatch. We use a courier door-to-door service for all our deliveries. Customers are obliged to provide us with full accurate delivery address and a contact telephone number (ideally a mobile telephone number). Courier deliveries take place Monday-Friday, 7.30am - 5.30pm (excluding bank holidays). On occasion, the couriers can deliver outside of these hours, however this is usually at their discretion and it is not a service that can be purchased via Webster Designs.

Please always check your email confirmation as the shipping address on the confirmation will be the one we will pass on to our courier service provider. If you have any special instructions for your delivery i.e. shop opening times, safe place around your property or a neighbour that will take the delivery if you are not available, please advise us of these details at the point of sale. If special instructions are provided post-dispatch of the order, we cannot guarantee the courier will receive them in time, which may delay the delivery. ­­­

What if I receive a damaged item?

We take great care in packaging our products securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage and we will take it from there.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Our Return/Refund Policy

By ordering from Webster Designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Item(s) damaged/ faulty on receipt
We make every effort to check items before dispatch. Due to the nature of the products we sell, some of these products may become damaged or faulty in transit. If an item is delivered to the buyer damaged or faulty, Webster Designs will make every effort to resolve the matter fast and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Please note, Webster Designs do not offer monetary or non-monetary compensation (i.e. in the form of goods or services) for the loss of potential sales due to damaged/ faulty/ missing/ incorrect items delivered or delays in delivery. 

Please inform us of any damages/ missing items/ faulty items within 3 business days from the receipt of your order. If an item is damaged on receipt, please contact us via the telephone, email or through an enquiry on our website to report the issue. Please quote your invoice number and the item name of the damaged item.

In most cases:
- We will request a photograph of the item to be emailed to us (including the item name and the invoice number).
- We will not ask for the item(s) to be returned. We will credit the account for the value of the damaged item(s).

On occasion, we may request for the item(s) to be returned to us. In such cases we will provide you with a copy of a Returns Form for you to fill in and further instructions on how to return the item(s), which depend on the value/ size of the return. Please note: credit, rather than refund or replacement will be offered for damaged/ faulty items. We do not, as a rule, send out credit notes.

2. Items missing from order

If an item is missing from your order and it is not marked as 'out of stock' on your invoice, please contact us via the telephone, email or complete an enquiry form on our website stating your invoice number and the item name. Please make sure you report missing items within 3 business days from the delivery date of your order. We will credit the account for the value of the missing item(s). Please note: credit, rather than refund or replacement will be offered for missing items. We do not, as a rule, send out credit notes.

3. Items sent in error by Webster Designs

If you have received any items you have not ordered; please inform us of this as soon as possible. In most cases we will be able to arrange a collection for the items. If you have been charged for the items sent in error by Webster Designs, we will process a refund for the goods.

4. Items ordered in error by the Buyer

If you have ordered incorrect item(s) or too many items, please contact us to report this within 3 working days of the delivery date of your order. Please always quote your invoice number, the item name and quantity of the items you wish to return.Once this is reported, we will send you a Returns Form to fill in to include with the returned items. Please note, we will not be able to credit the return postage for items ordered incorrectly or in error.If the return is large, we can offer to book a collection for it for a fee of £7.50+VAT for UK mainland. We can also issue a returns label for the goods to be taken to your local DPD Local drop-off point. The charge for this is £6.50+VATOn receipt and inspection of the returned goods we will issue a credit to your Webster Designs account. The original delivery cost will be deducted from the credit account.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do. They can be purchased on our website. You can add from £10-£100 per card. If you require a larger amount to be added, please enquire through our 'contact us' page on the website.
